脑脊液中兴奋性氨基酸对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的诊断意义

摘  要:应用丹酰氨一聚酰胺薄层层析法,测定34例新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)及30例非HIE脑脊液(CSF)和血清中谷氨酸(GLU)、天冬氨酸(ASP)水平,CSF中两种氨基酸水平显著高于对照组(P<0.001),且其含量与HIE病情严重程度呈正相关,(r=0.72,P<0.001),但与血清中GLU、ASP均无相关性,CSF中GLU、ASP含量测定可作为HIE诊断的一个指标。Concentrations of Glutamate (Glu) and Aspartate(Asp) in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF ) and serum in neonates sufferingfrom HIE(n = 34), control neonates (n = 30) without perinatal asphyxia and noncentral nervous system illness. were detected by dimethylaminonaphthalene - S - suffonyl chloride with thin layer chromatography (TIC ) and fluoromtn. The resulls showed that the Glu and Asp in CSF of HIE were significantly higher than that in the controls (P < 0. 001), and thelevels of G1u and Asp were posiliveIy correlated with the degree of HIE. Furthermore, in HIE group the Glu level was positively correlated with Asp in CSF (r = 0. 72, p < 0. 001); These was no Glu and relation between ASp in CSF and that inserum , (r = 0. 322, p > 0. 05,r = 0 .288, p > 0. 05 ). These results suggest that Glu and Asp neurotoxicity may play a criticalrole in the brain damage caused by neonate HIE and indicates that the determinatlon of Glu and Asp in neonates with HIEmay be helpful for the dignosis.
