摘  要:目的:研究己烯雌酚(DES)对实验性肿瘤转移的影响。方法:利用自发性Lewis肺癌(LLC)及实验性B16黑色素瘤(B16M)转移模型研究DES对肿瘤生长、转移的影响。结果:发现预先用DES处理的小鼠对其移植的LLC生长和自发性肺转移均有抑制作用,且DES剂量与肿瘤的生长、转移呈直线负相关(r>0.80,P<0.01);B16M实验性肺转移也明显减少;小鼠接种LLC后给予DES对LLC也有抑制作用。经DES处理后小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能及淋巴细胞转化功能增强,但NK细胞活性降低。Purpose To study the effect of endocrine on tumor growth and metastasis. Methods The effect of diethylstibestrol(DES) on tumor was studied using Lewis Lung Cancer (LLC) spontaneous and B16 meleoma (B16M) expermental metastatic model. Results It was found that the mice treated with DES preliminarily showed inhibitory function on the growth and spontaneous metastasis of transplanted LLC, and DES was dose dependently and negatively corrolative with the tumor growth and metastasis (r>080,P<001). It was showed inhibitory function on B16M expermental pulmonary metastasis, too. If DES was given after they were innocutated LLC, the mice demonstrated inhabitory effect. The phagocytosis of macrophage and conversion of lymphocytes increased and NK activity decreased after the mice were treated with DES. Conclusion The comprehensive effect of DES on immune function may be one of important mechanisms against tumor.
