摘　　要：为研究尿素经支气管动脉灌注（BAI）治疗中晚期肺癌的效果及对人体的影响，采用梯度筛选法治疗了6例，单用尿素治疗了7例，其中鳞癌9例、腺癌3例、小圆细胞癌1例。结果：单用尿素治疗的有效率为71．43％，总有效率为61．54％。单用尿素治疗者，治疗前后血象、肝肾功能、免疫功能几无影响（P＞0．05）。提示尿素经支气管动脉灌注治疗中晚期肺癌有效、安全、无毒副作用、无合并症和后遗症。Objective: To research the therapeutic effectiveness and results of urea onmid/late stage of lung cancer by BAI (Bronchus-Arterial Infusion). Materials andMethods: Thirteen cases of lung cancer including 9 cases of aquamous cell carcinoma, 3cases of adenocarcinoma, and 1 case of round cell carcinoma. 6 cases were underwentgradient screening chemotherapy. In 7 cases of lung cancer, urea preperation was usedalone. Results: The effective rate and total effective rate by using urea alone were 71.43% and 61. 54% respectively. Pretherapeutic hemogram, liver function renal functionand immunofunction were unaffected by BAI (P >0. 05 ). Conclusion: Urea BAI in thetreatment of mid/late stage of lung cancer is an effective, safty, no side effect and costefficient preperation.
