摘 要:目的研究食管癌患者血清胃液脑肠肽变化意义.方法用放射免疫法测定25例中晚期食管癌患者血清胃液中物质P(SP),β内啡肽(βEP),血管活性肠肽(VIP),胃动素(MTL),促胃液素(GT)和亮脑啡肽(LEK)含量,并以27例相当的正常人作对照.结果食管癌患者血清,胃液SP(pmol/L,880±547vs387±209,P<001;230±80vs182±73,P<005)βEP(ng/L,617±264vs366±208,P<001;517±161vs303±120,P<001),胃液VIP(ng/L,881±143vs659±198,P<001),MTL(ng/L,2049±427vs1535±272,P<001),LEK(ng/L,555±15vs318±116,P<001)含量显著高于正常人,而血清胃液GT(ng/L,365±231vs610±225,P<001;19±10vs34±20,P<001)含量则显著低于正常人,且血清胃液SP,βEP升高和GT降低呈正相关(P<005).结论晚期食管癌患者血清?AIM Study on the peptides of sera and gastric juices in patients with esophageal cancer. METHODS Twenty five patients with advanced stage esophageal cancer, including 18 men and 7 women with a mean age of 49 1 years and 27 normal subjects as controls including 17 men and 10 women with a mean age of 47 8 years were studied. Samples of blood and gastric juice were collected at fasting state and under endoscopy respectively. Substance P(SP), beta endorphin (β EP), vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP), motilin (MTL), gastrin (GT), and leu enkephalin (LEK) of the sera and gastric juice were measured by radioimmunoassay kit. RESULTS In the patients, SP (pmol/L, 88 0±54 7 vs 38 7±20 9, P <0 01;23 0±8 0 vs 18 2±7 3, P <0 05) and β EP(ng/L, 61 7±26 4 vs 36 6±20 8, P <0 01;51 7±16 1 vs 30 3±12 0, P <0 01) of serum and gastric juice, and VIP (ng/L, 88 1±14 3 vs 65 9±19 8, P <0 01), MTL(ng/L, 204 9±42 7 vs 153 5±27 2, P <0 01) and LEK (ng/L, 55 5±15 vs 31 8±11 6, P <0 01) of gastric juice, were higher than those in the normal subjects, and gastrin (ng/L, 36 5±23 1 vs 61 0±22 5, P <0 01;1 9±1 0 vs 3 4±2 0, P <0 01) of serum and gastric juice were decreased. Serum and gastric juice SP, β EP levels correlated negatively with the gastrin ( r =0 449-0 473, P <0 05). CONCLUSION The peptides of serum and gastric juice have significant changes in esophageal cancer patients clinically.
