经内镜放置金属食管支架24例体会

摘　　要：目的评价经纤维胃镜放置金属支架治疗食管狭窄的效果。方法：选择22例晚期食管癌及2例贲门癌术后吻合口狭窄患者，经纤维胃镜放置金属支架。结果：所有患者均一次置管成功，术后能经口进食软食，食管片示支架扩张至11．5～16．5mm，有12例患者放置支架后已生存3～6月。结论经纤维胃镜放置金属支架治疗晚期食管癌操作方便，疗效较好，值得推广使用。To evalate the results of endaseopic implantation of esophopal metal stent for the treatment of esophageal strictme. Method: Twenty - two paients with advanced esophageal careinoma and 2 cases of anastomotic stricthe after resection of cardia careinoma were selected and given endoscopic implantaon of esophopal metal stent , Results: We succeeded in the first placement of stent in all cases. After endoscopic impantaion, all the paients were able to eat pap without much difficulty. Esophageal roentgenogram showed that the diameter of the stricture increased to 11. 5mm ~ 16. 5mm. Twleve patients are still alive after implaning the stents for thre to six months. Conclusions: The authors believe that the endoscopic implantation of esophageal metal stent is effective and simple in the treatmnt of advanced esophageal carcinoma . This method is worth populizing.
