摘　　要：目的：探讨性激素在体外对胃癌细胞生长的影响。方法：选对数生长期细胞，加入不同浓度的雌二醇和睾酮，７ｄ后显微镜下计数，观察生长情况。结果：生理浓度的雌二醇和睾酮均促进胃癌细胞生长（Ｐ＜０．０１），高浓度睾酮抑制胃癌细胞生长；睾酮能拮抗雌二醇作用。Objective: To study the effect of sex hormones on the  in vitro growth of gastric cancer. Methods: The cell numbers were calculated under microscope 7 d after addition of different concentrations of estradiol and testosterone. Results: Estradiol and testosterone at physiological concentration accelerated the growth of gastric cancer cells in vitro, while testosterone at pharmacological concentration inhibited their growth.Testosterone could antagonize the effect of estradiol. Conclusion: Sex hormones can influence the growth of human gastric cancer cells in vitro.
