摘　　要：目的：提高结肠腺瘤恶变的Ｘ线诊断水平。方法：回顾性分析经手术或结肠镜和病理证实的１２例结肠腺瘤恶变的Ｘ线征象。结果：１２例单发“息肉样”病灶均大于１．５ｃｍ，１０例病灶表面不规则钡影，５例基底宽，４例分叶，２例基底部肠壁凹陷。结论：大于１．５ｃｍ的“息肉样”病灶表面不规则是结肠腺瘤恶变的重要征象。Objective:To improve the knowledge of deteriorative signs of colon adenoma by contrast barium enema(CDE).Methods:The X-ray fingings of 12 cases with colon adenoma proved by pathology were analysed retrospecticely.Results:All 12 mono-lesions were larger than 15 mm,10 of which had irregular surface,5 had wide base,4 showed lobular mass,and the intestnal wall on the tumor base was depressed in 2 cases.Conclusion:The main manifestation of tumor deterioration is that as the colon adenoma is larger than 15 mm with irregular surface.
