癌基因蛋白rasP^(21)在实验性大鼠肝癌等病变中的表达

摘　　要：应用免疫组化S-P法,检测了rasP^(21)在r-乙酰氨基芴(r-FAA)诱发的大鼠肝癌前病变中的表达,结果显示:诱癌早期肝小叶周边区即出现P^(21)表达阳性细胞,随诱癌过程的进行,阳性细胞增多并主要分布在异形肝细胞灶和结节中,提示rasP^(21)与大鼠肝癌发生有密切关系,P^(21)过度表达直接参与了大鼠肝癌的启动和演进。The expression of ras P21 in r-FAA induced precancerous lesions of liver in ral were investigated by using immunohis tochemical S - P method .The results of the study showed that there were a few P21 positive cell in the peripheral of liver lobules at the very early stage of r - FAA administration. A long nith the progression of induced carcinogenesis cource.the positive cell were steadily increased and mainly distribute in altered hepatocyte focal and nodules.The results indicated the ras P21 had close relation ship nith hepatocarcinogenesis the overexpression of P21 was directly involved in the initiation and progression of hepato carcinoma
