摘 要:目的:在国产低场磁共振设备上,研究脂肪抑制技术在肝癌诊断中应用价值。材料与方法:66例肝癌患者行SE序列和STIR脂肪抑制技术扫描,然后对所有图像进行阅片评分和统计学处理(t检验)。结果:在脂肪抑制序列的图像解剖分辨和为显示评分值均高于SE序列,并有极显著性差异(P<0.01)或显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:脂肪抑制技术在获得比较高的图像质量前提下,能明显增加组织间的对比度及解剖清晰度,显示肝门及后腹膜淋巴结侵犯情况,从而提高检查的阳性率和敏感性。Purpose: To evaluate fat - suppression MR imaging in diagnosis of hepatoma using domestic low- field MR system. Materials and Methods; 66 cases with primary-hepatic cancer (PHC) were examined with SE and STIR sequence usig domestic low- field MR system, all imaging were assessed by methods of giving marks and quantitative measure and statistical analysis (t test). Results The MR imaging with fat - suppression is better than with SE sequence in terms of imagng contrast between carcinoma and mromal hepatic tissue, of anatomy details and lesion display . But, Contrast - to - noise and contrast - to - artifact ratio during the MR imaging with fat -suppression is higher than that with SE sequence. All of these distinction show statistical significance (P<0.01 or P<0.05). Conclusion; The MR scanning with fat- suppression can improve image quality, increase the contrast of tissues and the distinction of anatomy, demonstrate lym-phadenovarix in hepatic porta and retroperitoneum, then the MR scanning positive ratio and sensitivity were also improved.
