视神经挫伤大剂量激素冲击治疗的临床研究

摘　　要：目的评价大剂量皮质激素治疗视神经挫伤的效果。方法视神经挫伤患者20例应用大剂量皮质激素冲击治疗，20例应用常规激素治疗，根据视力变化评价其治疗效果。结果大剂量激素治疗组有效率为80％，常规剂量治疗组有效率为50％。结论大剂量激素治疗视神经挫伤效果优于常规激素治疗效果。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of optic nerve contusion with high-dose corticosteroid. Methods 20 case were treated by high-dose and 20 case with convenient-dose corticosteriod, The therapy effect were analysed according to outcome visual acuity. Results The effective therapy were obtained on high-dose group at 80% and convenient-dose group at 50%. Conclusion The high-dose corticosteroid is superior to convenient-dose corticosteroid in the treatment of optic nerve contusion.
