原发性肝癌肝动脉导管灌注CD_3AK细胞与化疗栓塞联合应用的疗效观察

摘　　要：观察肝动脉导管灌注CD3AK细胞联合TAE治疗晚期HCC的效果。方法：40例晚期HCC分为两组，实验组20例，采用肝动脉导管灌注CD3AK细胞联合TAE治疗；对照组20例，单纯TAE治疗。并检测两组AFP及T细胞亚群的变化。结果：实验组与对照组有效率分别为45％、30％（P＜0．01），治疗后实验组CD4、CD4／CD8比值明显升高（P＜0．01），而对照组则轻度下降。AFP两组均明显下降，以实验组为著（P＜0．005）。结论：肝动脉导管灌注CD3AK细胞联合TAE治疗晚期HCC，是一种最有希望的方法。To observe the effect of advanced HCC treated with hepatic artery CD3AK infusion and TAN. Methed:40 patients with advanced HCC were divided into 2 groups: experimental group & comptive group.The experimental group was treated with hepatic artery CD3 AK infusion & TAE and the comparative group with TAn oaly. And AFP & T cells in both groups were examined . Results : The effective rates in both Groups were 45% and 30% respectively (P < 0. 01 ). The proportionality of CD4 & CD4/ CD8 rose evidently in the experimental group and declined slightly in the coparative group. AFP, esp, in the Experimental Group, dropped evidently (P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion: The therapy of hepatic artery CD AK infusion and transcatheter arterial embolization is the most promising method to trea patients with hapeto cellular carnoma .
