不能切除的胰头癌外科姑息性治疗

摘　　要：本文总结和讨论了无法切除的胰头癌142例的外科可行性治疗，认为采用外科手术治疗可以：（1）解除胆道梗阻；（2）解除十二指肠梗阻；（3）控制和减缓疼痛；（4）提高生存质量和延长生命。本组无手术死亡病例，平均生存时间8．2个月。142 patients were operated on for the unresectable cancer of the head of pancreas during the past eight years. Theplanned procedure Roux-Y cystojejunostomy or hepaticojejunostomy and gastrojejunostomy were carried out at the same time onthe patients. The results were encouraging and the mean life time was 8. 2 months long. The advantages are ①the remove of obstructiom of the bile duct and duodenum ②the control or palliation of pain and the improvement of life.
