摘　　要：目的：探讨胰腺癌术后早期给予肠内营养支持（ＥＮ）对手术后代谢反应和治疗结果的影响。方法：３０例胰腺癌患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，分别于术后给予肠内营养支持及常规治疗，检验两组病人术后不同的代谢变化。结果：治疗组在治疗前后体重变化、术后肠蠕动恢复时间、累积氮平衡方面明显优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５或Ｐ＜０．０１），术后并发症明显降低。Objectives:To explore the role of early stage enteral nutriton support after pancreatoduodenectomy. Methods:Thirty cases of pancreatic cancer patients were randomly divided into 2 groups:(1) control group,(2)treatment group.The two groups received routine treatment and the treatment group received ealry enteral nutrition additionally.Body weight,the restoring time of intestinal movement,nitrogen balance and the complications after operation were compared . Results:Body weight,restoring time of the intestine movement,and the accumulated nitrogen balance in teh treatment group were better than in the control group.The postoperative complication rate in the treatment group was significantly less than that in the control group. Conclusions:Early enteral nutritional support after operatoin is suitable for pancreatic cancer patients and has important role in reducing the postoperative complication rate.
