摘　　要：应用免疫组化法对９３例膀胱移行细胞癌组织中抑癌基因Ｐ５３的表达产物进行检测，结果显示Ｐ５３异常表达率达４８％，Ｐ５３表达异常与肿瘤的病理分级（Ｐ＜０．０５）、临床分期（Ｐ＜０．０５）及复发（Ｐ＜０．０１）的关系极为密切。Archival specimens from transitional cell carcinoma of urinary bladder(N=93) were studied by immunohistochemistry for expression of antioncogens P53The overexpression of P53 was seen in 48%,the tumors with poorer differeciation(P<005),more progressive extension(P<005)and higher rate of relapse (P<001)often have altered expression in P53 Abnormal expresson of P53 is one of prognostic indicator of transitional cell carcinoma of urinary bladder \ \
