摘　　要：在21世纪,知识与物流、资金流等有形资源一样成为最重要的生产要素,而提升企业的知识管理水平成为了新时期企业发展的首要问题。知识供应链从二十世纪末提出后,就倍受各界的重视,本文借助知识供应链的思想,突破知识管理企业边界的束缚,构建企业知识管理的社会协作系统。In the 21st century, the knowledge and the physical distribution, the fund class and so on visible resources become the most important element of production equally, but to promote enterprise＇s knowledge management level become the most important question of enterprise development in the new time. The knowledge supply chain proposed after 20 century＇s ends, has much attention from all walks of life on. In this paper, with the idea of knowledge supply chain, breakthroughs the enterprise boundary fetter of knowledge management, and constructs the enterprise knowledge management society coordinated system.
