摘 要:目的:观察肾上腺髓质脑内移植模型动物旋转行为及神经生化的改变。方法:将神经毒性剂6-OHDA注入大鼠左侧黑质部位造成PD动物模型后,取模型鼠自体左肾上腺髓质植入左侧尾状核头部,术生6个月,经病理检查移植物成活并发挥功能。结果:术后6个月受体动物由Apomorphine诱发的旋转行为获得了明显地改善。用HPLC-电化学分别检测了正常纹状体、肾上腺髓质及各移植组纹状体的CA含量,发现移植组纹状体CA的含量没有增加,移植的肾上腺髓质并没有补足模型动物纹状体缺乏的DA。结论:移植的肾上腺髓质在生长环境发生改变之后合成CA的功能受到抑制。ObjectiveTo study rotational behaviour and neurochemistry of adrenal medulla transplanted into the cerebrum of the PD model animal. MethodsRats with unilateral 6hydroxydopamine (6OHDA)induced degeneration of left nigrostriatal dopamine system were given anterior part of denervated caudatum autotransplantation of adrenal medulla. Pathobiological measurement noted that grafts survived and function. ResultsSix months after grafting. rotational behaviour was obviously improved. Concentrations of catecholamine in normal striatum, adrenal medulla and striatum of the three grafted groups were measured by HPLCelectrochemical detection. Grafted group were found to have no increase concentrations of catecholamine. Grafted adrenal did not add to dopamine that striatum of model animals lacked. ConclusionsDuring changes of environment, function of synthesizing catecholamine in grafted adrenal medulla were repressed. The improvement of behaviour in model animals may be the results of reinnervation of grafts to the host striatum.
