摘  要:以玉米原淀粉为原料,3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵为阳离子醚化剂,合成了阳离子淀粉浆料,并对其浆液性能(粘度及粘度热稳定性、粘附性、与PVA的混溶性、浆膜性能)和浆纱性能进行了研究,结果表明:制得的阳离子淀粉粘度较低,粘度热稳定性好,对纯棉和涤棉纤维有较好的粘附性能,与PVA的混溶性好,浆膜柔韧完整,强力较高.阳离子淀粉用于纯棉纱和涤棉纱上浆,浆纱的毛羽贴伏效果、耐磨性能和强伸性能均有提高。The cationic starch sizing agent was synthesized using corn starch as raw material and 3- chloro-2-hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride as cationic etherification agent, and the properties of glue size (including viscosity and viscosity stability, adhesiveness, its miscibility with PVA and the property of size film) and sized yarn was studied. The results showed that the prepared cationic starch had low viscosity and good viscosity thermal stability, good adhesive property for cotton yarn and polyester cotton blended yarn, good miscibility with PVA, the size film was flexible and intact, and had high strength. When cationic starch was used as sizing agent in cotton yarn and polyester cotton blended yarn, the hairiness covering effect, abrasion-resistance and tensile strength of sized yarn were all improved.
