石河子青少年吸烟现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解兵团青少年学生吸烟现状及影响因素,为干预青少年吸烟行为提供依据。方法采用中国疾病预防控制中心制定的问卷,通过简单随机抽样的方法,选取小学、中学、大学各100名学生进行调查。结果青少年吸烟率为29.67%,男生多于女生,大学生吸烟率高于中学生及小学生,学生父母吸烟比例高达63.33%,学校开展以控烟为主题活动的肯定回答小学97.0%,中学25.0%,大学15.0%。结论对青少年吸烟行为要齐抓共管,净化环境,改变行为。Objective To understand the current situation and influencing factors about the smoking adolescent in Shihezi City, and to provide the evidence for behavioral intervention in young smokers. Methods With the CDC - designed questionnaires, 100 elementary school students, 100 middle school students, and 100 college students were randomly selected to conduct investigation. Results The smoking rate of the adolescent was 29.67 %, and the smoking boys were more than the smoking girls. The smoking rate of the college students was the highest. The smoking rate of the students＇ parents was up to 63.33 %. The affirmative answer rates of carrying out tobacco control activities were 97. 0 % in primary schools, 25.0% in middle schools, and 15.0% in colleges. Conclusion We must prevent adolescent smoking from calling on schools, families, and society to work at it, purifying surroundings, and changing their behaviors.
