北京市部分成人脂肪肝患病率及与其他疾病的相关分析

摘　　要：目的通过分析不同职业的7573人的体检结果,探讨北京市城市部分成人脂肪肝的流行病学特征及与其他疾病的关系。方法分析7573例体检人员资料,包括病史,血压、血糖、血脂的检测结果,脂肪肝依据B超诊断。通过性别、年龄分层后比较脂肪肝的患病率及与其他疾病的关系。结果脂肪肝的总患病率为31.06%,在20～60岁年龄段男性患病率明显高于女性;脂肪肝组合并高血压、空腹血糖异常及糖尿病、血脂异常明显高于非脂肪肝组;TG的升高性别差异有统计学意义,男性高于女性。结论北京市成人脂肪肝的患病率高,且与性别、年龄、血脂升高的类型有关,与高血压、高血糖、高血脂有较高的并存率。Objective To explore the epidemiological characteristics of fatty liver and its association with other diseases in part of adult population in Beijing City by analyzing the results of medical examinations of 7,573 subjects from. different occupations. Methods The results of medical examinations including the medical history and the levels of blood pressure, blood glucose and serum lipids of 7,573 subjects were analyzed. Hepatic ultrasonic scan was used for the diagnosis of fatty liver. The prevalence of fatty liver and its association with other diseases were compared by using stratified sampling according to gender and age. Results The total prevalence rate of fatty liver was 31.06 % ; the prevalence rate of fatty liver of the age group of 20--60 years was significantly higher in males than that in females. The coincidence of fatty liver with hypertension, impaired fasting glucose and diabetes, and dyslipedemia was significantly higher in fatty liver group than that in non - fatty liver group. There was significant gender difference in the level of triglyeride and it was significant higher in males than that in females. Conclusions Fatty liver in adult population of Beijing City is highly prevalent and related to gender, age and the type of hyperlipemia. And the coincidence of fatty liver with hypertension, hyperglycaemia and hyperlipemia is high.
