摘 要:目的比较脑梗患者与正常人的脑电(EEG)非线性参数:关联维数(D2)、近似熵(ApEn)、复杂度(Cx)的差异,明确EEG非线性参数是否具有监测脑梗塞出现的作用。方法选择经脑部核磁共振(MRI)确诊的脑梗塞患者和正常人(与脑梗患者同龄同性别)各30例分别测量额部EEG非线性参数,配对比较两组的EEG非线性参数。结果脑梗患者组的三个EEG非线性参数较正常对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论EEG非线性参数具有判别脑梗塞的能力,D2、ApEn值与脑梗塞的程度可能具有一定相关性。Objective To compare EEG nonlinear indexes, including correlation dimension (D2), approximate entropy (ApEn), and complexity (Cx) between the patients with cerebral infarction and the healthy control subjects. Whether the EEG nonlinear indexes can monitor the cerebral infarction was identified. Methods The EEG nonlinear indexes of 30 healthy subjects which were the same age and gender with the cerebral infarction patients and 30 patients with cerebral infarction which had been verified by brain MRI were measured. The paired t test was chosen to compare the EEG nonlinear indexes between the two groups. Results The mean values of three EEG nonlinear indexes of the patients with cerebral infarction were all less than those of the healthy control subjects, and the differences showed statistical significance ( P〈 0.05). Conclusions The EEG nonlinear indexes can be used to monitor the cerebral infarction. There may be a correlation between the extent of cerebral infarction and the values of D2 and ApEn.
