摘  要:目的建立一种用原子荧光光谱法测定头发中砷的方法。方法头发用硝酸、硫酸、高氯酸等混合酸消解,加入硫脲-抗坏血酸混合液及硼氢化钾,在选定的工作条件下用原子荧光光谱法测定。结果测定值均在标准物质标准值不确定度范围内,相对标准偏差均小于4%。结论该方法灵敏度高、准确度好,适于发砷的测定。Objective To set up anatomic fluorescence spectrometric method for determination of arsenic in hair. Methods The hair samples were digested by nitric acid, sulfuric acid, and perchloric acid, then the samples were added thiourea - the mixture of ascorbic acid and potassium borohydride. The arsenic was determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry under the selected working condition. Results The determination values were all in the uncertainty range of the certified values of the reference materials. The relative standard deviations were all less than 4 %. Conclusion This method has high sensitivity and good accuracy, and therefore is suitable for determination of arsenic in hair.
