摘 要:目的研究离子色谱法测定水样中的草甘膦。方法6.4mmol/LNaCO3和3.2mmol/LNaHCO3为淋洗液,1.0ml/min的流速,阴离子交换分离,电导检测器检测。结果标准曲线在0.05~3.0μg/ml范围内线性关系r为0.9997,方法的检出限为0.014μg/ml,精密度:六次测定草甘膦含量0.976μg/ml的自配水样,其含量和保留时间的相对标准差分别为0.38%和0.17%,加标回收率为98.0%~102.5%。结论该方法省去了水样的预处理和衍生的麻烦,且方法简便、快捷、检测成本低,结果令人满意,可以用于水样中草甘膦含量的检测。Objective To study the determination of glyphosate in drinking water by using ion chromatography. Methods With the flow rate of 1.0ml/min, an eluent of mixed solution of 6.4 mmol/L NaCO3 and 3.2 mmol/L NaHCO3 was used in the anion exchange separation; the determination was performed by an electric conductivity detector. Results The standard curve average correlation coefficient was 0. 9997 with glyphosate concentration in the range of 0.05- 3.0μg/ml, the detection limit for glyphosate was 0. 014μg/ml. Under determination of confecting water samples with the concentration of 0. 976μg/ml glyphosate, the relative standard deviations of concentration and retention time .were 0.38 % and 0.17 % respectively. The sample recovery rate in the standard addition test was between 98.0 % and 102.5 %. Conclusions The method is simple, quick, and low cost, with satisfactory testing results, which can be used for the detection of glyphosate in water samples.
