摘　　要：在总结引信剪切装置不足的基础上,指出了其根本原因—剪切面在运动副的运动面上,并转换设计思路,设计了横向不等径、弹簧式和剪切销式剪切装置,分析了其优劣,介绍了最优的剪切销式剪切装置的剪切销设计过程,简单提到了剪切装置的应用。It says the basic reason-shear plane is in the moving plane of the pair on the base of generalizing the shortages of cutting device,changes design method,designs three kinds of cutting devices, which names are cross inequality diameter,spring mode and shear pin mode,analyses their merits and shortages ,introduces shear pin＇s design process of the best shear pin mode cutting device ,and introduces the use of cutting device simply.
