血浆PAF、TXB_2和6-k-PGF_(1α)检测在老年脑梗塞、高血压患者中的临床意义  被引量:19

摘  要:采用放射免疫、生物学方法测定23例老年脑梗塞患者,28例老年高血压患者及20例正常对照组血浆血小板活化因子(PAF)、血栓素B2(TXB2)和6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-k-PGF1α)水平。对9例老年脑梗塞患者和14例老年高血压患者作应激状态下血浆PAF、TXB2和6-k-PGF1α测定。结果表明,老年脑梗塞患者血浆PAF、TXB2较健康对照组显著增高(P<0.01),老年高血压患者血浆TXB2与健康对照组比较显著增高(P<0.01),但PAF、6-k-PGF1α无显著差异(P>0.05)。老年脑梗塞患者应激后PAF、TXB2增加明显(P<0.01),且持续时间长。这些结果表明血浆PAF、TXB2和6-k-PGF1α检测对老年心脑血管疾病的诊断、治疗和预后有一定的临床价值。The level of plasma platelet activating factor(PAF),thromboxane B2(TXB2)and 6ketoprostaglandin F1α(6ketoPGF1α)in 23 elderly patients with cerebral infarction,28 elderly patients with hypertension,and 20 healthy controls was measured by RIA or bioassay.The level of plasma PAF,TXB2 and 6ketoPGF1α in 9 elderly patients with cerebral infarction and 14 elderly patients with hypertension was measured by emotional stress. The results showed that the elderly patients with cerebral infarction had higher level of plasma PAF,TXB2 than healthy controls (P<001),the elderly patients with hypertension had higher level of plasma TXB2(P<001)and no change of plasma PAF (P>005)than healthy controls.The elderly patients with cerebral infarction had higher level of plasma PAF,TXB2 (P<0.01)and lasted for a long time after emotional stress.It was suggested that the measurement of plasma PAF,TXB2 and 6ketoPGF1α may play a role in the diagnosis,therapy and prognosis of the elderly patients with cardiovascular or cerebrovascular dieases.
