脑出血患者血浆和脑脊液生长抑素放射免疫测定

摘　　要：应用放射免疫法测定了脑出血患者急性期和恢复期血浆和脑脊液中生长抑素的含量．结果发现，各组脑出血患者脑脊液中的生长抑素含量均显著高于相应的血浆中生长抑素含量；脑出血急性期患者血浆和脑脊液中的生长抑素含量均显著高于恢复期和对照组的生长抑素含量。Contents of somatostatin in cerebrospinal fluid and plasma of patients with cerebrovascular bleeding and convaslescence were investigated by radioimmunoassay. The results showed that the contents of somatostatin both in plasma and cerebrospinal fluid of acute cerebrovascular bleeding were significantly higher than those of convaslescence and control group patients, suggesting that somatostatin may be play an important role during process of cerebrovascular bleeding.
