摘　　要：随着高速公路建设的标准日益提高,进入复杂地带建设高速公路的比重增大,新的问题、新的情况、新的矛盾不断出现,要求集思广益,深入研究探讨的技术问题越来越多,建设单位无论是从内外环境还是从市场需求等方面,都迫切需要一支在技术上能够提供方案诊断以及通过全过程跟踪并提供决策依据的队伍,充实到建设单位管理中来,这就是我省近年来一种有效提升工程质量、降低工程造价的组织措施,即专家技术咨询组辅以现场试验检测中心的模式。With the increasing of standard of expressway construction, more and more expressways have been built en the complicated district. With the new problem, new circumstance and new contradiction appearing continuously, more and more technique problems need study deeply. The construction units need a troop to provide project diagnosis on the technique and decision-making basis through tailing after the whole process weather the outside environment or the market requirements. This is a kind of measure to promote the quanlity of road engineering and reduce project＇s cost in recent years. The model is the techno-consultation group of specialists with the center of test and detection in the spot.
