摘  要:目的通过对硬化剂体外硬化处理后的肾囊肿进行病理学研究,以便为配合后腹腔镜肾囊肿手术时选择合适的硬化剂及其作用时间。方法分别选取500g/L葡萄糖溶液、200g/L硫酸铝钾溶液、无水乙醇、10%甲醛溶液(体积分数)、石碳酸溶液作为硬化剂。将硬化剂作用于囊肿壁内腔面,处理时间为30s及1、2、5、10min。处理后组织HE染色,观察囊肿壁变性坏死程度。结果500g/L葡萄糖、200g/L硫酸铝钾处理10min后仅有部分上皮细胞变性坏死;无水乙醇处理10min后有部分上皮细胞未发生变性坏死;10%(体积分数)甲醛溶液处理10min后所有上皮细胞均变性坏死;石碳酸溶液处理2min后所有上皮细胞变性坏死,且深达囊肿壁外层。结论选择石碳酸作为硬化剂配合后腹腔镜手术治疗肾囊肿,效果优于其他硬化剂。Objective To select appropriate sclerosing agent and action time to assist retroperitoneal laparoscopy in treatment of renal cyst by pathologically studying sclerosing agent dealing with wall of renal cyst in vitro. Methods 500 g/L glucose, 200 g/L potassium aluminium sulfate, absolute ethanol, 10% formalin (volume fraction), carbolic acid solution were selected as sclerosing agents to treat wall of renal cyst for 0.5, 1, 2, 5, and 10 minutes. The sclerosed wall of renal cyst was stained by hematoxylin and eosin, and degeneration and necrosis of renal cyst were observed. Results A few endothelial cells degenerated after being treated with 500 g/L glucose and 200 g/L potassium aluminium sulfate for 10 minutes. Some endothelial cells survived after being treated with absolute ethanol for 10 minutes. But all endothelial cells degenerated after being treated with 10% formalin for 10 minutes and with carbolic acid solution for 2 minutes. Conclusion Carbolic acid solution should be selected as sclerosing agent for assisting retroperitoneal laparoscopy in treatment of renal cyst.
