摘  要:目的探讨阿魏酸对骨髓基质干细胞的成骨分化与增殖的影响。方法通过大鼠骨髓基质干细胞(BM-SCs)的成骨诱导与培养进行分组实验,实验分4组:A组(对照组);B组(成骨诱导组);C组(阿魏酸组);D组(联合培养组,阿魏酸联合成骨诱导剂),观察对比分析各组细胞特征、细胞计数、BMSCs的碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性和细胞内骨钙素含量测定。结果D组ALP活性最强和细胞内骨钙素含量测定最高,与A组、B组和C组对比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿魏酸联合成骨诱导剂可以有效的促进骨髓基质干细胞的成骨分化与增殖的功能,需要进一步研究阿魏酸的临床应用。Objective The study was designed to evaluate the effects of ferulic acid on osteogenic differentiation and proliferation of bone marrow stromal stem ceils (BMSCs). Methods Rat BMSCs were cultured, osteogenic differentiation were induced and 4 groups were devided. Group A was the control group. Osteogenic differentiation was induced in BMSC of Group B. In Group C, BMSC was treated with ferulic acid. In Group D, BMSC was treated with ferulic acid and meanwhile osteogenic differentiation was induced. Cellular characteristics, cell count, alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity and intracellular osteocalein content were observed. Results BMSC ALP activity and intracellular osteocalcin content of Group D was the highest among the 4 groups and the differences were significant statistically ( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Ferulic acid combined with osteogenic inducer can promote osteogenic differentiation and proliferation of BMSCs and its clinical application deserves further investigation.
