摘　　要：目的探讨64层螺旋CT血管成像在脑血管疾病诊断中的应用。方法回顾性分析我院近年来收治的78例脑血管疾病患者的临床资料,采用西门子Sensation64层螺旋CT进行扫描及Leonardo工作站进行图像后处理。结果78例脑血管疾病的患者,经64层螺旋CT血管成像,显示动脉瘤8例,其中大脑后交通动脉瘤3例,前交通动脉瘤2例,大脑中动脉动脉瘤1例,颈内动脉颅内段动脉瘤1例,大脑后动脉瘤1例,动脉瘤直径约3～16mm;62例患者伴有不同程度的颈动脉狭窄闭塞或颅内多发血管狭窄;动静脉畸形8例。结论64层螺旋CT血管成像对脑血管疾病的诊断具有准确、快速的特点,值得临床推广使用。Objective To study the application of 64 - slice spiral CT angiography for diagnosis of cerebrovascular diseases. Methods Clinical data of 78 cases were retrospectively analyzed. Siemems Sensation 64 MSCT and Leonardo workshop were used for treatment of original imagings. Results Seventy eight cases of cerebrovascular diseases had taken 64 MSCT angiography, 8 eases showed cerebral aneurysms including aneurysm located at anterior communicating artery in 3 cases , at posterior communicating artery in 2 cases, at middle cerebraL artery in 1 case, at interior carotid artery in 1 case and at posterior cerebral artery in I case . The diameter of aneurysms ranged from 3 mm to 16 ram. Cerebral artery stenosis or occlusion were seen in 62 cases and arteriovenous malformation in 8 eases. Conclusion 64 - slice spiral CT angiography is a fast, non -invasive and effective technique and it can accurately diagnose common cerebrovascular diseases. It is worthy to be recommended for clinal spreading and application.
