摘　　要：目的探讨胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤的诊疗方法。方法回顾性分析经手术及病理证实的6例胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤诊疗过程,总结诊疗经验。结果本病多发生于年轻女性。发病部位以胰头、尾部多见。影像学检查呈现囊实性改变特征,术前活检做出准确诊断,6例肿瘤均经手术成功切除。结论胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤临床和影像学均有特点,结合术前或术中活检可做出正确的诊断与鉴别诊断。手术治疗可取得良好效果。Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of solid pseudopapillary tumor in pancreas （SPTP）. Methods The data of six cases of SPTP, admitted during January 2000 to June 2008 , were retrospectively analyzed. Results The disease mainly occurs in young women. It usually grows at the head or tail of pancreas. B - uhrosound/CT - scanning/MRI all reveal a mass with solid and cystic consistency in the head or tail of pancreas. Correct diagnosis was made by endoscopic ultrasound -guided （EUS- guided） fine -needle aspiration （FNA）. All masses were cut by operation. The appearance of serous cystadenoma is highly specific to make diagnosis and differential diagnosis. Conclusion SPTP has special clinical features and imaging appearances. The correct diagnosis can be made with EUS - guided FNA. The treatment of SPTP is effective with appropriate surgical operation.
