法学实践教学契合教育功能的一个范式分析

摘　　要：中国传统的法学教育模式有利于培养理论功底扎实的学生,却与社会对法律专门人才的要求脱节。探索实践教学新模式,加强职业教育成为法学教育改革的方向。送法下乡因其灵活性和独特功能,并且契合高校的教育功能,因而在法学实践教学体系里占有一席之地,极具发展潜力。The traditional legal teaching model is advantageous to developing the graduates with strong theory basis. But this model can not satisfy the demand of the society to the legal talents. The reform of legal education must emphasize the exploring to the new practice teaching model and strengthening the vocational education. Because of its flexibility, unique role and its accomplishment of education roles, the practice of legal help in the country has its space in the family of legal practice teaching model and can be spread.
