从白内障囊外摘除到超声乳化吸出转换初探

摘　　要：对５４例（５４眼）老年性、并发性和先天性白内障施行改良式Ｍａｌｏｎｅｙ法超声乳化吸出并后房型人工晶体植入术，同期将４９例（５３眼）行白内障囊外摘除后房型人工晶体植入术的病例作为对照。结果术后近期改良式Ｍａｌｏｎｅｙ法超声乳化吸出术组裸眼视力０．１—０．４者占１．８５％，０．５—０．９者占７５．９２％，１．０以上者占２２．２％，散光为１．７５±０．５Ｄ，小于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论改良的Ｍａｌｏｎｅｙ式超声乳化碎核方法是一种安全、易学的转换技术。bjective　The　study　was　designed　to　investigate　the　technique　making　transition　from　ECCE　to　phacoemulsification　for　beginner.Methods　phacoemulsification　using　modified　Maloney　technique　with　posterior　chamber　intraocular　lens　implantation　was　performed　on　54　eyes　with　senile,complicated　and　congenital　cataract　in　contrast　to　53　eyes　of　49　patients　with　senile　cataract　operated　on　by　ECCE　with　posterior　chamber　intraocular　lens　implantation.Results　The　uncorrected　visual　acuity　01—0,4　was　in　185%,05—09　in　759%　and　10　or　bett　er　in　222%.The　postoperative　astigmatism　was　175±05D,which　was　less　than　that　in　large　incision(ECCE)　group(P<001).Conclusions　The　modified　Maloney　technique　is　a　safe　and　easy　learning　one　for　beginner　to　make　transition　from　ECCE　to　phacoemulsification.
