摘　　要：Based on the analysis of manufacture time management process and information management model in machine shop, this paper proposes a manufacture time management information system model suitable for the general machine shop. By analyzing the workflow and method of dispatch list print, manufacture time query as well as manufacture time statistical analysis, this paper discussed the development method of workshop manufacture time management system. The system developed, realized the highly efficient management of dispatch list, manufacture time and the information sharing among each business department.
