显微镜直视下摘出疑难复合性眼内异物的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨在显微镜直视下经玻璃体摘出疑难复合性眼内异物的方法、技巧及术中术后并发症的防治。方法对94例运用7种手术技巧经玻璃体摘出异物，采用手术前后激光凝固异物周围视网膜，凝血酶控制玻璃体切除术中出血。结果首次手术摘出81例，再次手术摘出10例，总成功率为96．8％，术后视力增加和不变81例（86．2％）。结论经玻璃体显微手术是摘出疑难眼内异物的有效方法。Objective To evaluate surgical methods, techniques, prophylaxis and treatment of complications for extration of intraocular foreign body (IOFB) by transvitreal route.Method 94 cases of difficult and complicated IOFBs were extracted with transvitreal microsurgery, seven surgical techniques for extracting IOFBs were applied. Pre of postoperative laser endophotocoagulation around FB, and thrombin to control intraoperative hemorrhage wer used. Result The extraction of IOFB wes successful in 81 cases on the first attempt, in 10 cases the IOFBs were removed on secondary operations,the total success rate was 96.8% .Postoprative vision in 81 cases (86.2%) improved or retained.Conclusion Transvitreal imcrosugery is an effective method for extration of difficult and complicated IOFB.
