Vita比色板色度学分析及临床应用的合理性

摘　　要：目的：分析Ｖｉｔａ比色板色度学规律，探讨其颜色分布及其应用的合理性。方法：选用ＣＩＥ１９７６Ｌ＊ａ＊ｂ＊系统，用美能达ＣＲ—１００色度计对进口Ｖｉｔａ比色板的色度值进行了测定分析，并对Ｖｉｔａ比色板指导临床造色情况做统计分析，结果：进口Ｖｉｔａ比色板色度范围较中国人（西北地区）正常牙色度值范围窄。相对中国人牙颜色范围而看，Ｖｉｔａ比色板颜色分布并不合理，其色片颜色在颜色空间内的一些区域聚集，重复，而在另一些区域却空缺。结论：Ｖｉｔａ比色板指导临床配色时，使用率较高的仅有少数色片，大部分色片的色度值与中国人牙色度值符合程度低。bjective: To study the feasibility of Vita color shade guide for the color match of Chinese teeth. Methods:The values of color degree of the Vita color shade guide were measured with a Minolta CR-100 spectrocolorimeter with international color standard CIE 1976 L*a*b* system. Results:The color range of the shade guide was smaller than that of Chinese teeth crowns. The color distribution of the shade guide was accumulated in some areas and spars in others. The color of the most tabs of the shade guide did not match the color of Chinese teeth. Conclusion: Vita color shade guide may not be suitable for the color matching of Chinese teeth.
