纳洛酮联倍他西酊治疗椎-基动脉供血不足92例临床观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨纳洛酮联倍他西酊治疗椎-基动脉供血不足的的临床疗效。方法：选择2005年8月～2007年8月符合诊断的92例患者随机分为2组，治疗组给予倍他西酊注射液500ml，纳洛酮0．8mg，溶于0．9％氯化钠注射液150ml中，静脉滴注每日1次，14d为1个疗程。结果：治疗组总有效率93．5％，对照组总有效率89．4％，治疗组一天内有效，患者26例，占56．5％。结论：纳洛酮联合倍他西酊治疗VBI作用快，且安全可靠，无明显不良反应，值得推广。Objective： To investigate the effect of naloxone in conjunction times his treatment of vertebral West tincture - the base of the artery insufficiency clinical efficacy. Methods： August 2005--August 2007 in line with the diagnosis of 92 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, treatment group betamipron Injection West tincture 500ml, naloxone 0.8mg, dissolved in 0.9% sodium chloride injection 150ml in a day of intravenous 1, 14d for a course of treatment. Results： The total effective 93 . 5%, total effective rate of the control group 89 . 4%, effective day treatment group, 26 cases of patients, accounting for 56 . 5%. Conclusion： The combined effect of naloxone treatment times VBI his role in West tincture fast, and safe, reliable, and no significant adverse reactions, it is worth promoting.
