摘　　要：应用改良Millard术式修整先天性单侧唇裂66例，以鼻翼、鼻孔、人中嵴、唇弓及唇珠五个解剖学标志全面评估术后疗效。先天性单侧唇裂的修复应是上唇、鼻的整体修复，才能符合上唇美学的要求，鼻翼软骨的早期潜分对患侧鼻翼发育无明显影响，因此应综合评估先天性单侧唇裂的术后疗效。Sixty-six cases of unilateral congenital cleft lip were operated on by modified Millard’s method. According to 5 anatomic indices, that is, nasal wing, nostril, philtrum crest,labial arch and pearl, the operative result was aesthetically evaluatd. An entire repair of the upper cleft lip and nose should meet the demand of cosmetology. The early submerge separation of nose cartilage does not interfere with the nasal wing growth and the operative result of unilateral congenital cleft lip should be comprehensively assessed.
