摘 要:目的:测定在加压钢板作用下,下颌骨骨断端间的压力。方法:选用3只狗新鲜下颌骨标本,任选一侧用钢锯将下颌骨体部锯开,加压钢板固定后用电测法测定骨断端间的最大压力。结果:钢板固定后产生的最大骨断端压力为38kg~41kg。结论:由于钢板固定后产生的骨间压力高于口腔功能活动所需的牙合力,加压钢板。Objective: To measure the interfragmentary compresion force produced by the use of compression plate in mandibular fracture. Methods:Three fresh mandibulae of dogs were used to make the fixation models, The mandibular bodys were fractured with osteotomy and fixed with compression plate. Stressgauge measurement technique was used to measure the compression force between the fragments.Results:With compression plate fixation, the interfragment compression force was 38 kg~41 kg. Conclusion:The interfragment compression force produced by the compressin plate is stronger than that produced by occlusal function, therefore the plate is suitable for internal fixation of mandibular fracture.
