摘  要:[目的]研究农用淀粉系高吸水树脂的合成及其性能。[方法]以淀粉和丙烯酸为原料,以过硫酸铵为引发剂,采用水溶液共聚合方法研制淀粉系高吸水树脂。探讨淀粉、交联剂及引发剂用量,中和度等对淀粉系树脂吸水率的影响。[结果]结果表明,淀粉加入量为27.3%,交联剂用量为0.056%,引发剂用量为0.82%,中和度为0.5时,淀粉系树脂的吸水率最大。采用水溶液聚合方法制得的吸水树脂在室温下吸水率为890 g/g,且具有很好的凝胶强度。[结论]该研究结果为淀粉系高吸水树脂的合理应用提供科学依据。[ Objective ] The research aimed to study the synthesis and characteristics of starch superabsorbent resin. [ Method ] A series of starch superabsorbent resin based on monomer starch, acrylic acid (AA) were prepared by solution co-polymerization using ammonium persulfate (APS) as an initiator. The effects of reaction parameters,including the starch amount,erosslinker agent and initiator, the neutralization degree of monomer on the absorbency of starch superabsorbent resin were investigated. [ Result ] The results indicated that the absorbency of starch superabsorbent resin was the highest when the amount of starch, crosslinker, initiator and neutralization degree were 27.3% , 0. 056% , 0.82% and 0.5, respectively. The superabsorbent was capable of absorbing distilled water up to 890 times at ambient temperature. It also had excellent hydrogel modulus. [ Conclusion] This study will provide the theoretical references for reasonable application of starch superabsorbent resin.
