采前喷钙对芍药切花衰老的影响

摘　　要：[目的]为芍药切花的大田生产提供技术指导。[方法]以芍药品种"桃花飞雪"和"杨妃出浴"为试验材料,观察测定不同处理及对照的芍药切花在瓶插期间的形态和生理变化。[结果]采前21 d喷钙处理中,"杨妃出浴"的瓶插寿命达10 d,花径达16.5 cm,盛花期为4 d;"桃花飞雪"的瓶插寿命为9 d,花径为14.2 cm,盛花期为3 d。在采前21、14和7 d喷钙处理中,"桃花飞雪"切花的水分平衡值分别在瓶插第7、6和6天达负值;"杨妃出浴"的切花水分平衡值分别在瓶插第6、5和5天达负值;对照的水分平衡值在瓶插第4天达负值。"桃花飞雪"和"杨妃出浴"在同一时间的4个处理中的电导率均为:采前21 d喷钙<采前14 d喷钙<采前7 d喷钙<CK。[结论]采前喷钙可以延长芍药切花的瓶插寿命,且采前第21天喷钙的效果最佳。[ Objective ] The aim of the research was to supply technical guidance for the field production of cut peony flowers. [ Method] With peony cuhivars Taohuafeixue and Yangfeiehuyu as tested materials, the morphological and physiological changes of cut peony flowers from different treatments and CK in their vase periods were observed and determined. [ Result] The vase life of Yangfeiehuyu treated with preharvest calcium spray on the 21 st day before harvest was up to l0 d and that of Taohuageixue was up to 9 d, their flower diameters were up to 16.5 and 14.2 cm resp. and their full-bloom stages were 4 and 3 d resp. The water balance values in the cut flowers of Taohuafeixue treated with preharvest calcium spray on the 21st, 14th and 7th day before harvest became negative on the 7th, 6th and 6th day of their vase lives, that of Yangfeichuyu became negative on the 6th, 5th and 5th day of their vase lives and that in CK became negative on the 4th day of their vase lives. The simultaneous conductivities of Taohuafeixue and Yangfeiehuyu in the 4 treatments were as follows： preharvest calcium spray on the 21st day before harvest 〈 preharvest calcium spray on the 14th day before harvest 〈 preharvest calcium spray on the 7th day before harvest 〈 CK. [ Conclusion] Preharvest calcium spray could extend the vase life of cut peony flower and the effect of preharvest calcium spray on the 21st day before harvest was best.
