摘　　要：基于上海、武汉、成都3个城市近郊型农家乐的实证调查,对3个城市农家乐业主开办农家乐存在问题方面的实证调查分析,得到了三地农家乐的经营现状的明确认识,即农家乐占用时间为最突出的问题,其次是家庭内部冲突和营销服务问题,而企业规模小导致办公财务问题最少。此研究结果有利于地方政府把握农家乐发展的脉络,发现现存问题并进行积极的引导,对农家乐的健康发展具有重要的现实意义。The paper analyzed the positive investigation of existed problem in the three city based on the positive investigation of Shanghai,Wuhan, Chengdu suburban type ＂Nongjiale＂, and obtained definite understand of management status of three ＂Nongjiale＂, ie, occupation time was the most outstanding problem,and then was family internal conflict and marketing service problem, and the smallest problem was enterprise scale result in office finance. The study was benefit to hold the choroid of ＂Nongjiale＂ development by local government, discovered and positive guided the existed problem,which had an important practical significance for the health development of ＂Nongjiale＂.
