摘 要:本文首先通过对一种含有相变材料封装模块的采暖地板的蓄、放热过程进行数值模拟,分析了蓄能地板内填充PCM起到的转移热量、平抑温度变化率及调节地板表面温度的作用。而后从满足地板供热的使用条件、实现蓄、放热所需的时间、保持地面温度均匀性以及使储能材料充分相变最大限度地发挥潜热功能等几方面出发,探讨得出了蓄能地板内填充PCM模块的数量以及模块放置位置(S值)的取值与蓄能地板热性能及PCM利用率等因素之间的关系,并给出了在本模拟条件下,所研究蓄能地板结构PCM模块放置位置的推荐方案设计。In this paper, with the simulation of energy storage and discharge processes of heating floor which was contained phase change materials(PCM) packaged module, the influences of PCM in heating floor on heat transfer, inhibiting temperature change and adjusting the floor surface temperature were studied. And then, from the aspects of application conditions to satisfy the floor heating system, the time to realize the processes of energy storage and discharge, maintaining the uniformity of surface temperature, maximizing the function of PCM latent heat and so on, the relationships among the PCM number, the place with floor heating conditions and the utilization rate of PCM were discussed. Also the recommended design schemes of PCM's place in this simulation condition were provided.
