摘　　要：目的:方法应用高效液相色谱法测定布美他尼注射液中有关物质。方法:色谱条件:C18柱,甲醇-0.1%三氟乙酸(58∶42)为流动相,检测波长为220 nm。结果:在选定的色谱条件下,主峰和相邻杂质峰能够得到较好的分离,布美他尼的检测限为1.13×10-2μg。结论:本法简便、灵敏、准确。Objective： To establish an HPLC method for determination of related substance in Bumetanide Injection. Method： The HPLC was carried out with C18 column and the mobile phase composed of methanol -0. 1% Trifluoroacetic acid （58： 42）. The detection wavelength was 220 nm. Result：The detection limit is 1.13 × 10^-2 μg. Conclusion ：This method is simple, sensitive and accurate.
