摘  要:目的:拟建立一种抗癌免疫核酸生物活性的相对参考指标。方法:用癌细胞与细菌共同致敏动物到相当滴度后,提取之抗癌兼抗菌的免疫核酸制剂,用此保护小鼠后,再用细菌攻击。结果:免疫核酸保护组动物存活率明显高于对照组。说明免疫核酸制剂在制备过程中抗菌部分的核酸有相当多的分子没有降解失活,所以能表现出明显的抗菌活性。因此同一制剂中同时存在的抗癌核酸也应保留有相当多的分子不降解失活。另外,我们的动物实验也证实了免疫核酸制剂有明显的抑制肿瘤生长的作用。结论:试用免疫核酸制剂的抗菌活性作为其抗癌活性的相对参考指标。Objective: Attempt to establish a relative referential parameter for the bioactivity of nucleic acid preparetionMethods: As immunized just same animal with both bacteria antigens and cancer antigens under same condition at the same time, iNA was extracted from the tissues of immunized animal after both potencies , had been measured and was qualified, and then made iNApreparation which was both anticancer and antibacteria Results: It had been observed that the mice treated with iNA had obvious antibacteria activities when attacking them with bacteria and had statistically remarkable difference from controls treated with salineThis iNApreparation had experimentally showed the clear antibacteria activities and had clinically observed the anticancer effects on animals and patients Therefore, this iNApreparation should possess both antibacteria and anticancer activities together Conclusion: Based on this consideration we'd like to employ antibacteria activities of iNApreparation as a relatively consulted sign of it's anticancer activities in order to evaluate commonly the anticancer potencies of this iNA preparation
