补气益胃汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的采用自拟补气益胃汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎,并对其临床疗效和症状改善进行观察。方法110例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组(各55例)。治疗组采用自拟补气益胃汤进行治疗,同时配合甲硝唑200mg,2次/d,叶酸10mg,3次/d;对照组采用甲硝唑200mg,2次/d,叶酸10mg,3次/d进行治疗。并对两组的临床疗效和症状改善进行总结。结果与对照组比较,治疗组在临床疗效上具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在症状改善上,胃脘胀痛、纳少等症状具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而嗳气、嘈杂、便溏等症状则无明显统计学意义。结论采用自拟补气益胃汤配合甲硝唑、叶酸治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎在临床中取得较好的临床疗效,且主要症状改善快,用药时间短,复发率低。Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Buqiyiwei decoction in chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods 110 cases were randomly divided into two groups：treatment group and control group. The treatment group were treated with Buqiyiwei decoction with metronidazole and folic acid. The control group were treated with metronidazole and folic acid. Each treated for 13 weeks. Results Compared with the control group, there was significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） in clinical effect and such symptoms as epigastric pain and oligolectic. And there was no significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） in belching, hubbub and loose stool. Conclusion The treatment in Buqiyiwei decoction with metronidazole and folic acid is better actions in the clinical therapeutic effect,and it can improve the main symptoms quickly, reduce the treatment period and decrease the recurernce rate.
