雷贝拉唑四联疗法治疗消化性溃疡的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察雷贝拉唑四联疗法对消化性溃疡的治疗效果及幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的根除疗效。方法:70例消化性溃疡患者,治疗前经胃镜、快速尿素酶检测胃黏膜Hp现症感染阳性确诊,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组38例,给予雷贝拉唑及奥硝唑;对照组32例,给予法莫替丁及甲硝唑,两组均加用阿莫西林及果胶铋。7d为一疗程,停药4周后复查胃镜、快速尿素酶检测。结果:两组根除Hp有效率分别为89.5%和62.5%,消化性溃疡的愈合率分别为92.1%和71.8%,经临床治疗对比观察,两组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:雷贝拉唑、奥硝唑、阿莫西林、果胶铋四联疗法治疗消化性溃疡疗效好,抗耐药,杀菌性强,毒副作用少,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To observe the clinical effects and Hp eradicate effects of Sodium Rabeprazole Enteric-coated Tablets four united therapy in the treatment of peptic ulcer. Methods： 70 cases of peptic ulcer were divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group was treated with Sodium Rabeprazole Enteric-coated Tablets and Omidazole, the control group was treated with Famotidine and Metronidazole. Two groups were treated with Amoxieillin Tablets and Colloidal Bismuth Pectin. The two groups were treated for 7 days, and then gastroscope and fast urea enzyme detection were developed. Results： The eradicate Hp effectiveness of two groups were 89.5% and 62.5% respectively, and the peptic ulcer＇s recovery rate were 92.1% and 71.8% respectively, they showed a significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Rabeprazole Enteric-coated Tablets, Omidazole, Amoxicillin Tablets and Colloidal Bismuth Pectin four united therapy has a better effect, anti-muhidmg resistance, stronger bactericidal activity, less side effects in the treatment of peptic ulcer, so it is worth generalizing in clinic.
