纳米银杏对动脉粥样硬化早期大鼠主动脉壁ICAM-1基因表达的影响

摘  要:目的:观察纳米银杏(银杏黄酮-磷脂复合物)对动脉粥样硬化(AS)早期大鼠主动脉壁细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)mRNA及其蛋白表达水平的影响。方法:采用生化分析、免疫组化、实时定量荧光RT-PCR以及凝胶电泳,观察纳米银杏对大鼠主动脉ICAM-1mRNA及其蛋白表达水平的影响。结果:与模型组比较,纳米银杏组ICAM-1表达明显降低(P<0.01);与银杏黄酮组比较,纳米银杏组ICAM-1表达明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:银杏黄酮及纳米银杏可下调AS早期大鼠主动脉壁ICAM-1的高表达,纳米银杏的作用明显优于银杏黄酮。Objective: To observe the effects of the compounds of Ginkgo Flavone Phospholipid (FGP) on the expression of intercellular adhension molecule-1 (ICAM-1)mRNA and protein in rats aorta at the early stage of atherosclerosis (AS). Methods: The effects of FGP on the expression of ICAM-1 mRNA and protein were observed by biochemistry analysis, immunohistochemistry, RT-PCR and gel electrophoresis. Results: The expression of ICAM-1 of rat aorta of FGP group was obviously lower than the model group (P〈0.01), and it was also lower compared with the Ginkgo Flavone (GP) group (P〈 0.01). Conclusion: FG and FGP can downregulate the high expression of ICAM-1 of rat aorta in AS rats. The effect of FGP is superior to FG.
