摘  要:目的观察脑梗死(CI)急性期、恢复期患者的腺苷酸环化酶(AC)表达,探讨其不同病期的病理生理过程。方法选择CI急性期、恢复期患者各30例,健康者15例,抽取三组外周血分离淋巴细胞,抽提总RNA,用RT-PCR技术检测AC表达。结果CI急性期患者AC mRNA表达缺失,恢复期患者较健康者表达降低(P<0.05)。结论CI缺血缺氧状态下机体抑制性激素可能占主导地位,与抑制型G蛋白耦联结合后抑制AC活性,降低细胞基础cAMP水平。Objective Observing adenylcyclasc expressions in acute or reconvalescent with cerebral infarction, to investigate cerebral infarction pathology physiological processes at different stages. Methods Patients with acute cerebral infarction included 30 cases, patients with cerebral infarction recovery period included 30 cases, healthy control group included 15 cases, three sets of samples of peripheral blood lymphocytes were separated, total RNA was extracted, using RT-PCR detected the expression of AC. Results AC mKNA expression in patients with acute CI was missing, And AC mRNA expression was lower in recovery of cerebral infarction than that in healthy control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions Under hypoxie-ischemic state, Inhibitory hormone(Hi) of patients with cerebral infarction may be the dominant, which combined with inlubitory G protein-coupled could inhibit AC activity, and reduce the cell basic level of cAMP.
