摘 要:为实现稀释排气流量的精确测量,进行了锥形流量计的结构设计.建立锥形流量计流量的理论计算模型,编制了计算软件.应用Fluent计算流体动力学软件对锥形流量计进行流量仿真,并研究了锥体前后锥角大小、有无连接支撑杆以及气体温度等因素对流量计流量计量特性的影响.最后进行与标准临界文丘里喷嘴组的对比验证试验.结果表明,理论计算模型、仿真计算、试验验证的一致性较好,该流量计具有较高精度和稳定性,适合应用于汽车稀释排气流量测量.In order to accurately measure the diluted exhaust flow, the structure of V-cone flowmeter was designed. A model of flow measurement was established and the calculation software was developed. The flow of V-cone flowmeter was simulated by using Fluent software. The influence of the flowmeter's differential pressure of the pre and post cone at different cone angle, with or without connective bar, and the gas temperature and so on were studied. Finally, the results of the verification test with critical flow venturi(CFV) indicate that the calculation model, simulation and the experiment results have strong consistency, and the flowmeter is of great accuracy and stability.
