摘　　要：结合我校人力资源管理专业校外实践教学基地建设,借鉴国内外高等院校实践教学基地建设的经验,探讨我国本科院校多元化校外实践教学基地建设模式。Based on the experience of developing off-campus training bases for the specialty of Human Resource Management in Business School, along with some experience of universities in some developed countries, the author recommends some patterns for the diversity construction of off-campus training bases.
